US-based production services for all plastic injection molding needs
Many companies choose to outsource their plastics manufacturing to an offshore company. However, we hear from our clients that they are increasingly concerned about having their designs stolen or getting their product held up because of errors that are difficult to resolve from a distance.
We conduct all of our plastics manufacturing and production activities right here at home. Our Houston-based plant is capable of producing anything from one-off prototypes to high-volume OEM runs, and because we are small, we are able to keep our overheads low and deliver value back to you. Keeping your costs down on the production side means that you can more easily maintain your margins while assuring your customers of the highest possible quality in American-made goods.
Simply put, we deliver what no other plastic injection molding company can promise – the four key ingredients to a successful business partnership:
- Personal service
- Fast turnarounds
- Quality above all
These are the qualities that RMC embodies, ensuring that you always have the support you need when you need it most.
We provide a full suite of plastic molding services, designed to give you end-to-end support under one umbrella. At the core of our business, we consult on product design, tooling design, tooling fabrication, material selection, product manufacturing, and fulfillment, but to take full advantage of these services, your parts need to be designed for production.
To ensure that this process is optimized, we work closely with you on the front end of the process by reviewing your designs and offering suggestions that will help make the part or parts a success.
From there, we work through the different tooling options available to you, helping you choose the correct mold or tool based upon the intended use and a cost/benefit analysis that we provide to you.
We then provide you with sample materials and work our way through the material selection process.
Once your mold is complete, we then test it in a variety of materials and, finally, once the samples have been approved, we leverage our experience and fleet of injection molding machines to manufacture your parts.
